If you wish to file a Complaint on the operation of the Payment Institution and the services we provide, please inform yourself via the Notice on the manner of submitting a complaint of financial service users.
You can file a complaint via e-mail address: prigovori@payspot.co.rs
or in writing, through a Request for Objection.
You can leave your written complaint with any representative of the PaySpot payment institution or send them by mail to the address: PaySpot doo Novi Sad, Branimira Ćosića 2/II/201b, 21000 Novi Sad.
The payment institution is not obliged to respond to oral/verbal complaints.
You can find out about the rights of whistleblowers, the whistleblowing procedure as well as other issues of importance for whistleblowers,and the protection of whistleblowers in the Notice on the rights of whistleblowers provided by the Law on Whistleblower Protection.
