If you want to submit an Complaint to the work of the Institution and the services we provide, please inform yourself via Notice on the method of submitting a complaint by users of financial services.

You can submit an objection via the e-mail address: prigovori@payspot.co.rs or in writing, via Request for submitting an Compliant.

You can leave your written complaint with any representative of the electronic money institution PaySpot or send them by mail to the address: 
PaySpot doo Novi Sad, Branimira Ćosića 2/II/201b, 21000 Novi Sad.

The electronic money institution is not obliged to respond to verbal Complaints.

You can find information about the security recommendations of the PaySpot Electronic Money Institution on the Security Recommendations page. If you have made a transaction through the PaySpot Electronic Money Institution and suspect that it may involve fraud or misuse, you can report the case by email at prijavaprevara@payspot.co.rs.
