We would like to inform users that, as of 1 June 2026, the national platform Cyber Guard is available for reporting various forms of cybercrime and online fraud. More information on how to submit a report and the services available can be found on the sajberstraza.gov.rs.

If you believe you have been a victim of fraud involving a payment transaction carried out through the electronic money institution Payspot, you are also required to report the incident to the Institution Payspot, in accordance with the applicable procedure for reporting suspected fraud or misuse, by contacting an authorized representative of the Institution or via email at kontrola@payspot.co.rs.

For the Institution Payspot to proceed with the report, you are required to provide within 3 days proof that the fraud has been reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A confirmation of a report submitted through the Cyber Guard platform may also be used as proof, if such confirmation has been issued.

For additional information on reporting fraudulent activities through the Cyber Guard platform, users can visit its official website. For questions regarding reporting fraud to the Institution Payspot, users can contact the Call Center at +38121/3103000 or via email at kontrola@payspot.co.rs.
