If you are not able to personally submit a tax refund request with a Planet Tax Free voucher at a given location, you can send it directly to the Planet company. When purchasing goods, you will receive an envelope with an address for the delivery of documentation. It is necessary that the complete form (voucher) be filled out, signed, as well as the number of the bank card to which you want the refund to be made.

Who can use PaySpot's tax refund service?
All persons who bought goods/services abroad, and who are citizens of the Republic of Serbia. You need to have a certified Tax Free voucher issued by the Planet Payment service, as well as an invoice for the purchased goods/services.
How long does it take for the tax refund request to be processed and the funds paid out?
In case of cash payment, funds are available to the Recipient no later than 15 minutes from the moment of entering the order. Read more information HERE.
