On December 11, 2015, PaySpot LLC Novi Sad was officially registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency—marking the moment our institution was born.

In May of the following year, PaySpot received authorization from the National Bank of Serbia to operate as a licensed payment institution, and on June 15, 2016, we processed our very first payment order—the now-iconic “Blue Payment Slip”. This milestone marked the beginning of our operations and the remarkable growth that would unfold over the next decade.

With more than 1,700 locations operated by our authorized partners and approximately** 3 million money transactions each month**, PaySpot has become recognized not only as a leader among electronic money institutions, but also as a driving force of innovation in payment solutions and financial services security.

Over two hundred employees who have helped build this company over the past ten years—as well as our business partners and customers whose trust has shaped our success—stand as proof that PaySpot’s growth is rooted in hard work, dedication, genuine relationships, and the transparent business practices we are proud of today.
