Electronic money institution PaySpot has expanded its service portfolio by introducing IPS cash withdrawal at its locations. This solution enables fast, simple, and secure cash withdrawals directly at all PaySpot payment locations, without the need for ATMs, POS terminals, or payment cards.

The cash withdrawal service is based on the National Bank of Serbia’s IPS system and is fully digital. Customers request the desired withdrawal amount at the point of service, after which the cashier enters the basic transaction details and generates an IPS QR code. The customer scans the code using their mobile banking app and confirms the instant payment. Once the funds are received—typically within seconds—the cashier is notified and proceeds with the cash payout, completing the entire process in just a few steps and in under a minute.

This approach enables cardless cash withdrawals, eliminating the need for POS terminals or ATM visits, while offering a fast and intuitive user experience built on familiar mobile banking functionalities. An additional benefit is the high level of transaction security, as the entire process is executed through the trusted NBS IPS system.

The service fee is calculated in accordance with PaySpot’s applicable tariff and is included in the payment instruction. It amounts to 0.5% of the total withdrawal value, with a minimum fee of RSD 100 for transactions below RSD 20,000. The fee is clearly displayed within the mobile banking app at the moment of transaction confirmation, ensuring full cost transparency for users.

In addition to customer benefits, the service brings significant advantages to the PaySpot network. It enables additional revenue through commission, improves cash management efficiency, and reduces the need for frequent cash deposits to banks. At the same time, it further expands the range of services available at PaySpot locations, reinforcing the company’s position as a modern and reliable financial services provider.
