The new cycle of the POS Program under the “Bolji način” (“A Better Way”) initiative began on 14 September 2026, with PaySpot once again among the companies supporting the program aimed at expanding cashless payments among small businesses in Serbia.

During the past two and a half years, nearly 10,000 entrepreneurs and small business owners have applied for the POS Program and taken advantage of subsidies for introducing cashless payments. More than €118 million in transaction volume has been processed through terminals provided under the program, while 94% of users reported that introducing cashless payments had improved their business operations.

The new program cycle is intended for merchants who do not have POS terminals or have not used one during the previous 12 months. The program allows merchants to use up to three POS terminals, with a 0.5% transaction fee for all card brands and card types, with no installation, deinstallation or terminal rental fees.

The minimum transaction volume per terminal is RSD 60,000 during the first six months, while the maximum transaction volume is RSD 1,500,000 during the first year of POS terminal use. The program runs from 14 September 2026 to 27 August 2029.
