If you believe you have been a victim of fraud involving a payment transaction carried out through the electronic money institution Payspot, you are also required to report the incident to the Institution Payspot, in accordance with the applicable procedure for reporting suspected fraud or misuse, by contacting an authorized representative of the Institution or via email at [**kontrola@payspot.co.rs**](mailto:kontrola@payspot.co.rs).

For the Institution Payspot to proceed with the report, you are required to provide **within 3 days** proof that the fraud has been reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A confirmation of a report submitted through the Cyber Guard platform may also be used as proof, if such confirmation has been issued.

New Way to Report Fraudulent Activities

Obaveštavamo korisnike da je od 1. juna 2026. godine postala dostupna nacionalna platforma **Sajber straža**, namenjena prijavi različitih oblika visokotehnološkog kriminala i internet prevara. Ukoliko smatrate da ste bili žrtva prevare koja uključuje platnu transakciju izvršenu preko Institucije elektronskog novca Payspot, potrebno je da prijavu podnesete i Instituciji Payspot, u skladu sa važećom procedurom za prijavu sumnje na prevaru ili zloupotrebu, obraćanjem zastupniku Institucije ili putem e-mail adrese [**kontrola@payspot.co.rs**](mailto:kontrola@payspot.co.rs).

The service fee is calculated in accordance with PaySpot’s applicable tariff and is included in the payment instruction. It amounts to **0.5% of the total withdrawal value**, with a minimum fee of RSD 100 for transactions below RSD 20,000. The fee is clearly displayed within the mobile banking app at the moment of transaction confirmation, ensuring full cost transparency for users.

Usluga isplate gotovine zasnovana je na [**NBS IPS sistemu**](https://ips.nbs.rs/) i u pitanju je u potpunosti digitalizovan proces. Naime, klijent na uplatnom mestu zahteva željeni iznos za isplatu, nakon čega blagajnik unosi osnovne podatke u sistem i generiše IPS QR kod. Electronic money institution PaySpot is warning users about a scam circulating on social media and the Internet.

The scam, known as **OKE GREEN**, is aggressively promoted via social media, primarily TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram groups.

OKE GREEN is advertised as a modern investment platform aimed at developing and enhancing AI systems.
In reality, it is a **pyramid scheme** — a type of fraud with no actual platform, AI mechanism, or payout system. Communications with users and activities within the OKE GREEN scam take place through messages in closed groups, where the “success” of other members is falsely showcased.

## How OKE GREEN Works

1. After clicking on a social media ad, users register and provide their contact information. “Agents” then reach out with notifications and instructions for “investing.” Communication occurs exclusively through closed chat groups on various apps (e.g., Telegram), managed by individuals claiming to be AI experts.

2. Based on the deposit amount, the “company” assigns levels. Higher levels promise greater daily earnings. To unlock higher levels, users must invest additional funds or recruit new members.

3. When a user attempts to withdraw funds, excuses begin, and additional payments and new member recruitment are demanded. If the user refuses, they are removed from the group and all contact is cut off, with no refund of invested funds.

**PaySpot highlights the main warning signs of this fraud:**

- Promises of fast, easy, and guaranteed additional earnings, without explaining how profits are generated.
- Deposits and alleged payouts are handled directly between individuals.
- Investment levels require increasing payments and recruiting new users.
- Fake payment proofs and ads promoting “financial freedom” are used.
- The platform is not registered with any financial regulator in Serbia or the EU.

**Tips to Protect Yourself:**
- Do not send money following instructions from unknown individuals or to accounts of unknown persons.
- Be cautious of platforms using terms like AI, green project, or smart investment — these are often marketing masks.
- If you are asked to “form a team” or “invite friends,” it is likely a pyramid scheme.
- Verify whether the company is registered with the National Bank of Serbia or another relevant regulator.

Institucija elektronskog novca Payspot upozorava korisnike na prevaru koja kruži društvenim mrežama i na internetu.

U pitanju je šema prevare pod nazivom **OKE GREEN**, koja se agresivno promoviše putem društvenih mreža, pre svega TikTok-a, Instagrama i Telegram grupa.

U stvarnosti, **reč je o piramidalnoj šemi** – vrsti prevare, kod koje ne postoji platforma, AI mehanizam, niti sistem za isplatu. Komunikacija sa korisnicima i aktivnosti u okviru OKE GREEN prevarne šeme odvijaju se putem poruka u zatvorenim grupama gde se lažno prikazuje „uspeh“ drugih članova.

## Kako funkcioniše OKE GREEN?


1. Nakon što kliknete na reklamu na društvenim mrežama, registrujete se i ostavite kontakt podatke, javljaju se „agenti“ koji vam daju obaveštenja i instrukcije za „ulaganje“. Komunikacija se odvija isključivo putem zatvorenih „chat“ grupa u različitim aplikacijama (npr. Telegram), kojima upravljaju osobe koje se predstavljaju kao AI eksperti.

2. U zavisnosti od visine uplate, „kompanija“ dodeljuje nivoe. Što je viši nivo, to je obećana dnevna zarada veća. Da bi korisnik OKE GREEN platforme otključao viši nivo u okviru šeme, mora da uloži dodatna sredstva ili dovede nove članove.

3.  Kada korisnik pokuša da povuče novac, počinju izgovori i traže se dodatni zahtevi u vidu vršenja novih uplata u sve većim iznosima i dovođenje novih članova. Ukoliko korisnik odbije da ispuni nove zahteve, biva uklonjen iz grupe i svaki kontakt prestaje ali bez povraćaja uloženog novca.
