What is the maximum/minimum amount of money that can be sent/received from abroad?
The minimum amount you can receive or send abroad is 5 euros per transaction, while the maximum amount for the Ria Money Transfer service is 5,000 euros per transaction/user/month. More information.
Who pays the commission and how much is it for sending and receiving money from abroad?
The commission is always paid by the payer (the one who sends the money). The amount of fees for money transfers abroad depends on the country from which the money is sent (received), and you can check the official schedule of fees HERE.

How long does it take for the money to reach the recipient?
The average time for which money sent from abroad is available on the PaySpot location is 15 minutes. In the case of payment to a bank account, the period can be exceptionally extended up to 5 working days. How can I change or cancel a money transfer abroad and is there a possibility of a refund?
Change or cancel the transaction at the PaySpot location by contacting the cashier, or by sending an email to podrska@payspot.co.rs, as well as by calling the phone number +381(0)21-310-3000.
